Research from Cambridge explores guided play in early learning. Oxford researchers have studied maths games alongside adult teaching. Our activities use simple representations, short questions and supportive feedback. MIT research cautions that practice on one task does not necessarily carry over to unrelated skills.

Our games have not yet been evaluated with children. Suggested ages are editorial guidance, rather than a validated assessment. These activities do not diagnose or treat dyslexia, ADHD or any other condition, and they do not replace teaching or specialist support.

Reading practice should sit alongside appropriate teaching. A word puzzle is not a complete phonics programme. Responses stay in the current browser session and are not saved or sent to us.

Independent VOY-OS activities. These institutions have not endorsed or validated our games.
